What you can ask for

• Remove my content. You wrote posts on X or Bluesky that appear in a TrueMantis analysis and want them (and your handle) taken out.
• Access my data. You want to know what TrueMantis holds about you.
• Delete my account data. You have a TrueMantis account and want it removed.
• Something else. Anything about your data that does not fit above.

What happens next

1. You get a reference number right away. That number is your receipt. Keep it and quote it in any follow-up.
2. Your own posts need no review. Delete the post, or set your account to private, at the source on X or Bluesky. It disappears from TrueMantis within 24 hours of that change, the window X and Bluesky require of us. The platform is the proof of ownership, so we never ask for government ID. If you cannot delete or protect the post, reply to our email from that account and we verify it by hand.
3. Requests about your TrueMantis account data start on your account page. Anything else (content by someone else, or a legal ground) is read by a person.
4. We respond within 30 days. That is inside every deadline that applies to us: GDPR (without undue delay, one month at most), CCPA (acknowledge within 10 business days, respond within 45), and DMCA (expeditiously). Removal is permanent.

Public content. Posts that are still live and public on X or Bluesky are analyzed as public discourse and are not removed on request, except on legal grounds: copyright (DMCA), personal data or doxxing, harassment, a court order, or the account having gone private.
